BZB that looks positively sinful, but who cares it would taste nice.

DJ the difference between the DreamPot and a slow cooker is that the DreamPot doesn't use electricity. You boil the food up for a certain time and then it keeps cooking itself. We are having corned beef in it tonight and I have put carrot and potato in as well.
We had visitors this morning and they do a lot of caravanning. They had one and found it didn't suit their caravan lifestyle. It will be interesting to see how we go. I think it will be prefect for Monkey Mia.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I baked a multigrain loaf today as a change from the no knead bread. I also made banana and chocolate cake to use up 3 manky bananas in the fruit bowl, and a spiced apple cake to use up some apple sauce. Half the banana cake got eaten straight out of the oven - I haven't had a chance to ice them yet.

Friends over tomorrow so made Frozen Swedish Cheesecake with mango through it and will serve with fresh mango tomorrow, Spicy Pumpkin dip from CP's book and tandoori paste from Tenina's book.  Have cooked some rice to make Alyce's fried rice tomorrow.  I always find it is easier to make the fried rice if you cook the rice the day before.

Cinnamon cake, dream pot curries, chocolate icecream and bread.....it all looks fabulous.
Today I made the fruit and nut tiffin from I love chocolate and the caramel sauce CC posted. Lots of sauce over so whipped up MJ's easy sticky date puddings to yes sauce. Puddings great, sauce very sweet. Of course the children loved it. Tiffin setting in fridge. Looking forward to trying it tomorrow.

Meat sauce for a lasagne.  Will finish making it tomorrow.

Roasted a small half leg of lamb for lunches.  DH is always complaining there is no cold meat.

Bought some pork mince instead of beef mince by mistake and DH won't eat pork so cooked it up as a stew to take out to GD's dog.  It is not surprising the dog loves nanna as I always take her a treat when we go out there.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Today I've made Tenina's Confit of Garlic (will post review once I try some) and have a baked rice pudding with dates and orange cooking at the moment in the oven.  :)
