Not much cooking here as life has been hectic, but did go to Rick Lavenders pasta class on Thursday  8)
thoroughly enjoyed it, pasta dough made in TM, then we got to play  ;)
we made:

Ravioli, filled with ricotta & spinach, once cooked it was topped with a sage/butter sauce

Beetroot fettuccine

Topped with a tomato basil sauce

Spinach fettuccine, topped with a sundried tomato & spinach pesto

Tortellini, filled with chicken & pancetta, then served in a chicken broth

And lastly pappardelle, served with a duck ragout (so rich & delicious)....and made in the TM!

we walked out of there with full bellies!
I have now dug out that pasta machine that I haven't used, and I now need to Christen it  ;)
