peach and raspberry tart looks GREAT too!

Was going to ask where, the ice cream then saw your Peppermint Crisp icecream too! YUM!

Mongolian lamb and fried rice..looks and sounds like a winner Itsnotartitsdinner
Mango and lime coulis...wish could try some now too!

Kimmyh re Judy's pumpkin pie with carrots instead of pumpkin..how interesting...great photo..might have to put this one on the list to do! GREAT idea!

BLT's with more homemade ciabatta bread...DH loved it!

I made some bread this morning and soup for lunch. This afternoon I have had an enormous Nanna nap. Must have been yesterday's 27 hour day.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lots of great cooking. I made lots today. Mind you it will be the last for the week lol.

Tomato and bacon spaghettini based on the EDC recipe
Peanut butter
Caramelised onion, pumpkin and feta tart
Beetroot and pear relish
Banana spelt muffins

Love your sourdough triumphs Chookie.


Today I've made Chia & Coconut Pudding, no cooking involved,  2 batches of Bialys from ITM2 as rolls and as scrolls & Béarnaise Sauce with prawns from MOTM to go with Boeuf a la Ficelle from ITM2. Reviews later, gotta run  ;D
