No worries Cookie, I love getting new TMX books and getting a new thread up and running.

Judy
Forgive my nosiness, but how did you manage to get your hands on a copy of this book?
Thx
Gillian

Gillian, all contributors received several copies of this book - I was lucky enough to be given one of them by one of the contributors.
There appears to be no other way of getting one at this stage as HO nor any of the consultants on here have not released any details on how this book is to be offered.

You are so sweet Hally, I have so many generous friends on this forum and often get things in the mail. It never ceases to amaze me with their generosity and thoughtfulness. As Geoff Fenech has said 'I luvs ya all' although I do cringe when I hear that and I can't believe I have just written it on a forum for thousands to see  :-)) :-)) :D :D

JD  there seems to be some secrecy about this book. Maybe it is so bad they don't  want it mentioned. lol!

No one seems to be saying anything about the new Thermomix Cookbook by Fiona Hoskin called  Devil of a Cookbook, which is supposedly selling by HO with some money going to the Devil Island project to save the Tasmanian Devils. Surely the Tassie consultants should be promoting this one big time.  Fiona Hoskins used to own Fee and Me restaurant in Tasmania.  It was a wonderful place to eat.

Gert I haven't heard about that book either, and I'm in Tassie.
I will ask my sister see if she knows anything.

Come to think of it why hasn't  Fiona or her Thermomix friends mentioned it on the forum after all it is pretty big news in Tasmania.

Fiona Hoskin is the state manager for Thermomix and is very well known in Tasmania as well as the rest of Australia for her outstanding cooking.  She is also a wonderful photographer and is known for her work in saving the Tasmanian Devil.  I would definitely buy the book not only for her recipes but anything we can do to help those poor "devils" is worth while.

I did a google search for Fiona's book and it's not being released until the end of the month, will defiantly be buying this book.
Here's the link about the book
