I see that Alyce is releasing a new book in the latter part of October. Recipes from her Cooking School.

I have a dilemma - do I wait until we go on the forumfest course and pick up the book on the spot and therefore save on the postage, or do I pre-order and have a crack at winning a couple of tickets for cooking classes  :-)) first world problem

Bit expensive to go over for a cooking class from WA if it's not whilst you're in Melbourne CP.

I have the same problem CP. The gold tickets for a cooking class are open ended Judy, so will last until you want to use them.
A nice dilemma to have I guess CP.

I think I have decided. I will pre order the book as I have a discount from buying from her last Melbourne trip and it runs out fairly soon.
