That's just awesome. I wonder if there are any consultants still active who sold these. Head Office would be my start point too. Good luck

My go to at the moment is this one. Its incredibly simple and has thoroughly been tested after trending on Facebook. http://cantstopbaking.com/2015/06/21/chocolate-devils-food-cake-thermomix/
It makes two 20cm round cakes but fits in my 30cm square which is 10 cm deep

With gluten free me, lactose intolerant DH and additive free Mr 7, we are close to Paleo most of the time. I'd love to share recipes :) Maybe we can get a Paleo subsection in the recipe swap

Me too Chookie, I get so anxious.

Mr 7 is disappointed that he isn't invited for dinner so I am planning a little family party on Wednesday night when he gets home from his Dad's.
Smokey BBQ Beef Ribs and Devils Food cake, any excuse!!

Okay so this wasn't today, more like a week ago, but DH took the pics and only just sent them to me. This is my first ever sourdough loaf, Chookie's recipe, from the starter that Cookie gave me a few weeks ago. A little dense, it was a really cold day and I struggled to find a warm place for it to prove but it tasted fantastic. DH said if I cook this, he will eat soup for dinner and he is really not a fan of soup.
I have a loaf proving overnight for lunch tomorrow.

New baby cuddles at the P&C meeting this morning :)
Then I found out what my birthday present is for next week. I don't deal well with surprises so DH gave me a few days warning that we have dinner reservations on Sunday, at Rockpool. Can't wait to check out the Neil Perry steakhouse experience!

I just spent an entirely delightful day exploring Fremantle with the kidlet and DH, poking around in hole in the wall shops and picking up a few gourmet products to spoil ourselves with.
We had pulled pork burgers for lunch, I enjoyed mine but was entirely gratified to be informed that I could make better haha!

Bacon, eggs and grilled tomatoes to accompany what I am hoping is a successful sourdough loaf.

Studying basic nursing modules to complement my aged care course. 7 down, 52 to go haha. Finished today with ADHD as I figured the experience with J would make it easy. :)

It uses the streaming platforms from the Internet (Netflix, Presto and a few others, as well as youtube.) And sends the shows/movies to play on my TV.
So it's like using Foxtel on demand or something like that.

My TM5 is home from the service centre (7 days from getting picked up, I am totally impressed) and the boys have been asking all week, so Skinnymixers Butter Chicken it is.
Also feeding up my starter for an overnight sourdough loaf, it's my first try and I'm hoping to not be posting a fail in the morning!

Just curious Kristy, do you have a smart TV? If yes, there is an app you can download on your mobile/tablet which is called T-Beam, and you can stream almost anything on to the TV. Only need to make sure the tab/mobile and TV are on wi-fi and they can be paired.

Jam, that container looks wonderful, when did you buy it? I have been looking for a nice big container for flour and rice for a long time and have never found anything bigger than a 8lt at KMART which I dont like much..
No my TV is old, I got it second hand a while ago, before that I had a big box haha. Technology is not my friend.

The Chromecast is working and I am loving it though.
