Chookie we are loving the motorhome. On Thursday evening it rained a bit and we found water on the top of a couple of cupboards. It’s the first rain we’ve had since having it. We couldn’t figure out where it was getting in. It’s rained again today and we now realise that 2 windows are leaking. We aren’t very happy.  Such an expensive thing and the windows leak.  We will have to chase them up Monday morning.

We had pizza tonight. We haven’t had it for ages.

Somehow we went down an incorrect road and ended up at Nambung Station. We didn’t bring any paper maps and there was no coverage to use any form f GPS. We ended up back tracking, down heaps of roadworks. Cervantes is a small crayfishing town.

I made a Classic Loaf, a Thermomumma Giant Loaf and have a rye SD rising. I also made some of Chookie’s Best Ever Chocolate chip cookies.

We had leek and mushroom quiche with vegetables.

Last night we had the meat pies from RTE new book. I made the pastry from Cookidoo and it was lovely.
Tonight was her Texas Cowboy Chicken and it was tasty too.

I made some Cranberry, Seed and Nut biscuits yesterday. They are delicious. The recipe is from Bec's Kitchen.

I love the sound of the baked apples Chookie. We haven’t had them for ages. We had RTE tacos but in a wrap.
