At first while I was waiting for it to cook I thought this was going to be a non event - just basic and boring. I added a couple of sliced carrots, but on the contrary this is an extremely tasty dish. Lots of "yumms" throughout and definitely got the thumbs up and something you would get in a restaurant. Its the aioli that is truly complimentary and turns this dish into something special. 3 ribs is probably enough for females, but 6 for males 5/5

Great reading your reviews CP. I like the sounds of this book but I'm trying not to spend more money on books.
Would love photos too if possible.

Ill be going quiet for a week whilst I have no one to cook for. It was good while it lasted ;D neighbours are very happy to accept any offerings tho so that's always good to know ;D

Another recipe I don't remember seeing in this book. Will have to have a better look.

I made this on the weekend and it was so quick and easy and tasted beautiful. I changed around some vege's to suit our family but cooked them in the same method. I will definitely make it again. 3 ribs was enough for me, my hubby had 5.
Thanks Alyce for the great recipes. I have been busy cooking your recipes this week!

I made the aioli only to serve with bbq steak, everyone loved it.

Made this last night however used lamb backstraps instead. Unfortunately forgot to take a photo but it got the thumbs up from all my kids, the husband and my bestie.
I do not like the taste of honey but the aioli was just gorgeous!
