« on: January 25, 2009, 06:52:20 am »
Serves 4

2 cups of ice
1 tbs of instant coffee or 1 espresso shot
80 ml cream de cocoa
160 ml of milk
Choc topping to serve.

Place ice, coffee and cream de cocoa into TM bowl and blend on speed 9 for 30 seconds using spatula to assist if needed.
Add milk and mix on speed 6 for 10.
Pour into glasses drizzled with choc topping.

Tips: Irish cream such as Baileys can be used instead of cream de cocoa.

How did I, of all people, miss this thread  ??? ???  Printed it out and will try it tonight.

Hi frappedia, welcome to the forum.  Unfortunately that link isn't working for me.

As I promised myself, I made a glass of this tonight using Baileys and it was really nice.  Didn't have any choc topping to swirl in the glass which would have sweetened the drink so had to add 3 tspns icing sugar to get the taste I wanted. Will be having this over the summer months for sure to use up the 2 bottles of Baileys in the cupboard, presents from last Christmas and latest birthday. I have some Kahlua as well and this would also work in this one. Thanks riv_mum.
