Hi all....
Just want to let you all know that we are going to change our forum in a big way. It's about time we upgraded and gave our forum a modern touch. It'll have a complete make over BUT all content will be there. I am really excited about this new chapter.
I will keep you updated. Sorry in advance for lack of quick replies in the next few day. Swamped with work.
We aim to have the new forum launch on 28th March.

Looks like you all had such fun. Seeing all these lovely photos and posts make me so jealous. One day I shall attend one of these great Fests.
These events are a true reflection of what our forum is all about. Friendship, fun, help and learning from each other.

Hi all,
Thanks for your feedback concerning the TM5 topic being locked.
We decided to lock this due to previous issues we have had with Head Office. There was a time when some members were unhappy about certain issues (namely new recipe books). All steam was let off in the forum. I was contacted by HO due to their concerns. There were certain conditions that I agreed to, including not going too far with customer dissatisfaction. Of course we can all let off some steam here, but we need to draw the line.
Like any new brand that is released into the market, there will always be some concern. Of course one can have their say, but we felt that the Forum was going in too deep and putting people off.
We are just a bunch of ordinary folk that run this forum. We really would like this space to continue growing. Vorwerk is a multinational with a strong legal set up. If they wished, they could have us booted from Cyber Space.
Good news is that we have a good relationship with HO, and they do supply us with prizes for competitions.
If you do have any complaints, please use their official sites and online communities. That way your voices will be heard and complaints dealt with in a better manner.
Thank you all for the attention and look forward to seeing new recipes and experiences with the TM5

Hi All,
I really appreciate the feedback here. it's always good to be open and give members the opportunity to express themselves, so we can improve. I will see what we can do. Some issues may take some time in developing. Some issues may not be possible, due to forum limitations.
Just to update you on forum traffic, we have NOT declined in any way. Daily traffic has been constant for the past 2 years, so there is nothing to worry about. Most of the people who come on these days are passers by, who obviously look and grab recipes.
What we need is for people to register and become active in the Forum.
Our 3 wonderful Moderators are now doing a fantastic job in engaging members with "recipe challenges". The idea behind this is that it increases valuable content, as well as photos. We need this content in order to move onto the next phase. (I'll explain sometime).
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you all for your comments and hard work in keeping this forum alive. Content and wonderful members is "KING" and that is how we have survived and will survive for many years to come.
