just highlite the text you want to copy and a right mouse click to get to copy option, then place your cursor where you want to paste and the right click again and hit the paste option on an apple chookie

OR

the same as windows but use the command button instead of the control - so highlite the text and "command c" to cut and then place your cursor where you want the text to go and the use "command V" to paste it there

Have I confused you more?  :-*

Faffa and Uni,  all I have is a hard copy of the recipes.

faffa I understand what you are saying as this is how I shift recipes from my Blog to the Forum,  but I no longer have the recipes on the computer.  I was ask to remove them from both,  which stupid me did.

I have tried scanning but get into an awful mess doing this.
