I have just downloaded Jamie Oliver ipad app. It has a few recipes that are free, then yiu can ourchase 10 recipes for 99cents. You can also link the recipe to a shopping list tht will go to your email iphone or ipad, so you know  what ingredients to buy.

I have puchased 1 lot for 99 cents, ig seems really good. Anyone else have it?

Uh, I'm a paddock taxi every day! Generally, not even our own paddocks as DH is a spraying contractor and works on other people's farms.

Hally, I often go to Garden City to shop when I'm in Perth. I'm going to be there on Aug 31 as I have an appt. Would love to catch up for a coffee in the arvo. If any other Perthies are around, it would be great to have a get together. I may post a separate topic for this.

I haven't bought any kitchen stuff for a while. Another pair of summer shoes is all I've got online lately.

I wasn't too impressed with the mini spring form tins I bought. The pies were too hard to remove. The best pie tins are the ones that others have bought that are wider at the top than the base.

Maddie, I just like to live vicariously through your kitchen ware purchases!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Well on Thursday I bought these knives from Aldi.

I've porised my Husband that I won't buy anymore knives.   :o

The larger of the 2 knives is just the right size for the older kids to use when helping in the kitchen and the smaller is a good size for cutting small things like aples etc and for $7.99 for the set how could I resist.  ;D

After seeing Maddy and johnros cup cakes,I bought a piping set with a 1m nozzle. Also found some lovely mugs with a tea infuser and lid for my French Earl grey tea I am addicted to these days.

I brought a second bowl and Blade set today. I haven't received it but The money has come out of the bank. (Does this count?)
