Both Fast and Easy - a very clear recipe. Gives a low-fat option but I opted for the full-fat.
Max amount from 400g of basmati in min time with no fuss at all.
This drew much interest and praise from the family.
A good example of the Australian Thermomix mantra - "Creating Everyday Surprises." Now we've had it once, it won't be a surprise that it tastes so good, but definitely worth including in your Indian banquet menu.

Another thumbs up here! Super easy and has had rave reviews each time, we've done both the full fat and low fat, both yummy.
