Title: Using powdered milk - any reason why not?
Post by: ~Narelle~ on August 19, 2009, 12:22:46 am
Hi
as per title.  Other than freshness etc, is there any reason why powdered milk can't go in TMX?
thanks
Narelle

no, you can use it in tmx,  though people are increasingly avoiding it for health reasons but i forget what exactly. will google later if no one else has answered!

It goes in my machine all the time - add to soups to give creaminess, use to make smoothies, to make some breads......

We don't use much milk (for coffee, tea, brekkie) so keep powdered milk.

I am not worried about my health, sorry, I should - but I don't think there should be problems.

The yoghurt recipe, from memory, has powdered milk added for extra creaminess?
