I am going to have to stop checking this thread ... between you and Cookie I can feel the weight stacking on just looking at your photos  :o

Nice baking ladies.

I made a pot of vegetable soup and some granola.

Always make something for our gardener to take home. She has 2 young boys so something kid friendly. They do love Trudy’s Lemon muffins.

That's lovely of you Chookie, I'm sure the gardener and the boys appreciate it.

Nothing here today. WE have enough bread and the biscuit tin still has some in it. I will do a bit of a cook up either Friday or Saturday. I think I will do Tenina's Paleo Fruit cake to take away as it is lovely but not full of sugar etc. We have our AGM on Sunday so I will make some choc chip biscuits with nuts and cranberries in for that. No one eats much and I usually send the left overs home with someone whose wife doesn't bake. Then some bread to take away, which DH will pack into squished bags to fit into the van freezer. As it's only 4 sleeps we should be able to carry enough bread. It's only for lunches.

All sounds well organized Cookie.
Made SD Olive Loaf for DD. More Portuguese Custard Tarts. And very plain bread rolls for dinner as we have had a slight tummy upset. Think it was some sausages that I bought.

Great baking Chookie. If you are both unwell it is obviousy something you ate, I hope you’re both feeling better today

Hope it wasn't those pies.  Sausages sound like the more likely culprit.  Take care and take a days rest.

I do hope you are both feeling better Chookie. Tummy upsets are not nice at all. Your cooking looks delicious.
No cooking here today, probably tomorrow. I saw a bread roll recipe yesterday that rolls the dough into croissant shapes. It looked wonderful and I can't wait to make it.
