Opps, Sweet Chilly Jam,  but I called it sauce as jam doesn’t seem right.

I have started to Spiralizer the carrots.  This dish contains just 6 medium carrots.  I am gong to have to find some other ways of using them. Still have 3 3/4 bags.

They all look so tempting. I am just waiting for dinner to cook and I'm hungry.

I did a Classic Loaf today and have my rye SD rising in the fridge.

Great photos Chookie.  I stir fry grated carrot and zucchini In butter as a side, I’m sure you could do it with spiralized veggies, they break down eventually and therefore you need to do more than you think you need.

I cooked my rye overnight bread. I started another loaf that Chookie shared with me- it has a cooked flour component. It has been cool here today and it has been very slow rising. I think I may leave it on the bench overnight. The worst that happens is that I will need to make it into breadcrumbs.
