Judy, your cottage pies look good.  They are on my menu for this week :)

This morning I made sponge number 2.  Will take it out to the family today for their verdict.  I like this one better than last weeks.  Photo later.

We decided to have soup for lunch as it’s still wet.  I do love my thermomix. I can whip up soup in no time and I’ve made the chia and Oatbran loaf to go with it.
These are the photos I forgot to post of the dips etc.

Cottage pies are comfort food aren’t they girls and we all love comfort food.
Are you using the Thermomix to trial these different sponge recipes Margaret?  Will be interested to see which is the winning recipe.

I've made a loaf of Classic Bread and have a rye SD beginning. It will go into the fridge tonight.

How does it compare with an ordinary pizza dough Chookie?

This SD crust compares very well with the yeast one that I make.
I did a lot of research before I made this.  Some people said not to expect any puff around the edges.  I love that puffy look.
I cooked it in my Pizza machine.
It is an overnight SD.
Recipe to come.

The pizza looks good Chookie.

I made a pot of vegetable soup for tomorrow as DD is coming  for lunch.  I have a batch of scones in the oven now for todays visitors afternoon tea.

Looks good Chookie.  I’ve got a pot of soup on the stove top using one of my Costco roast chicken carcasses and an Aldi pizza in the oven which was highly recommended by DD in Melbourne.
