Tequila Sunset

80g ice
25g lime juice (I used frozen cubes)
juice of 1 orange
1.5 tblspns Tequila
1.5 tblspns Malibu (white rum)

Mix for 10 seconds/speed 10.

This makes 1 drink.

Judy you have been busy. I don't have tequila or Malibu in my pantry but that could be easily remedied.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

If you do not like Malibu which is a Coconut flavoured rum you could use Bacardi and add coconut essence or coconut milk. No need to buy Malibu for a once off.

I have had a bottle of malibu in the cupboard for years but DD has just found how much she enjoys alcoholic Pina Colada's now that she is allowed to drink so that's the end of my old bottle.
