nobody near me and coons could do it on Saturday. cant possibly wait this long!

so my new TM will arrive today and there will be no consultant to help set it up. last time as I wrote last week TM died so she didnt manage to show me anything.

will I be ok on my own? is it possible to figure things out like stoppinf while cooking to weigh things etc?

now. should I clean the base as often as bowl or not? i noticed it was horribly  difficult to open the base and put back on. it was making sounds of breaking plastic :p normal? 
what shoild I try to make first to help me learn using TM?

cant wait!!

im making nut 'milk' and cake first I think.

been practising with a bowl a bit and its supwr tricky to fit the knives and place the bowl base back in position. was afraid to break it!

the representative is supposed to get i  touch with uk office today and Im waiting impatiently ;)

she just wrote a message Im getting a new one on Wednesday!! yay! ok thats AWESOME cust service if you ask me :)

Fuse is fine.
I was in love with TM long before I got it, cant wait to be able.to use it and really hope cust services will be decent

It was upright over 24 hrs after delivery cause I only unpacked it but waited for representative to switch it on..at least Im glad she saw it happening!

Hi

so I got my Tm yesterday and didnt even touch it, waited for the representative to show it all to me today. all we managed was heating some water in a bowl and then it shut down. no error, no nothing. cant switch it on.  of course tried different power outlets and nothing.  its weekend and cant get in touch with anybody, uk/irish office is open mon- fri only and therw is no forum even! its my bday tomorrow and was supposed to have a Thermo Party.

anything I can try doing?
