Planted some seeds in pots.  Not very good at this but keep trying. Got them on a heat pad.
Better when I plant in garden.
Saw a recipe for Garabaldi biscuits in the Guardian newspaper. A bit different so will give it a try.
Must make some more flavour bombs.  Very handy.

Thanks K Atie, I can understand DH feeling frustrated when there is so much to do. I’m luck in that my friend who comes for a few days a week does some cleaning and gardening for me. Therefore I don’t get frustrated not being able to do jobs around the house.  I have just spent an hour in the garden watering, the rain we expected yesterday never arrived unfortunately.  One day I might have to get some sort of watering system here to save me some work, I have to keep out of the sun too which is a jolly nuisance.
I have the same problem Chookie, don’t know why.  Do you use seed raising mix?

I’ve been having fun this morning. I decided the best thing for a sore tooth is to bake. I’ve made some of Maddy’s Bacon and cheese buns, I’ve used ham, and one I put the ham and cheese in the centre. I also have a milk loaf rising from a Japanese site. I kneaded that in the Kitchen Aid to get an idea of what it should be like. I also have a overnight rye SD rising. I’ve used my microwave to help rise the breads as it’s freezing and raining, with a little hail thrown in.

The kind dentist has given me a choice of extraction or root canal. 😢😢😢😢 one costs the price of a new thermomix after the benefit is paid. I guess I will have that done as I will try to keep my teeth. I don’t have room on my bench for a new thermomix and way. Both mine are going well.

A good way of looking at it cookie, the price is ridiculous though isn’t it?

I’ve cooked a batch of Chinese Flair, washed, walked to the shops then had 3 different lots of visitors this afternoon which was nice.  DD managed to ‘crack’ my back during her visit to ease the pain and it seemed to have worked for now, enabling me to really enjoy my visitors today.

Hell Cookie, that is expensive.  I’ve told the GC that we need a Lawyer, a plumber and Eletrician.  They can take their pick.
Garden today.

Judy it sounds as though you have been busy. I had a chuckle at that Chookie. A dear friend has brothers and sisters who are vets, teachers and all sorts of things. The youngest decided that he wasn’t going to be a professional and became a plumber. He has become quite wealthy with his chosen profession.

Cookie, I have been thinking about the Japanese Milk bread for some time.  I also decided to make some this week.  Started it tonight and used the TMX.  Will attempt to adapt the recipe to TMX for the second stage also.

A friend dropped round this morning and he and DH were talking cars so I decided to go out to All About Bread. I don’t go there a lot as they are quite a long way away. About 50km each way I think. It was quicker this morning as I went all the way on a freeway-much quicker.

I did the shopping this morning and DH helped me!!!!!! They still haven't sorted out the Car Shed for covid restrictions yet. You have to make an appointment to go and he refuses to.

As well as cooking I have done the laundry and cleaned out the freezer and re organized the shelves.  It's surprising what I found in there.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I figured out this morning that today will be my 77th consecutive day worked at work without a break - I thought I would have a leisurely time during lockdown, but no such luck.

Oh gosh Marina, that is a long time. Can you go and hide for as while? Do you have a balcony you could go out on and lock the door behind you?

That’s a long time without a break .
DD and DS had haircuts today , they were so pleased ,DS fringe went below his nose ! He had massive curls so so long . This sounds strange but his actual hair at the back of his neck was not long at all , anyway he was super quiet afterwards for hours and we asked what the matter was , he said it was to short and looked bad . Ok so now all we can do is roll our eyes and say he looks handsome . Being out is strange and we are very happy to get home .

Marina, we can only hope this lock down ends soon.
Yesterday I was reading about COVID 19 brain fog.  We decided that was what we had and not the effects of ageing.  :-\
Too cold to go into the garden today.  Max 9
