I use baers flour, it works for me. Would  be god to use cheaper flour and get the same results.

Do you happen to have that recipe Uni dear :-))  I have bought the lighthouse flour in the past, but didn't keep the packet, and don 't want to buy any more bread flour at the moment.  Have heaps. ;D

I'm sure the flour that Tenina gave us in our take-home bag at her last class was the Lighthouse pizza and bakers flour.

So you're using the No Fuss recipe but leaving it rise for 1 1/2 hours.  Must try it.  I really like the No Fuss taste.

the 1st one  only took 50mins to rise nola but todays one was about 1 1/2 hours
