I bought a couple of packets of the lighthouse bread and pizza flour so i could entry into the draw to win a TM :-)) (fingers crossed)
I was reading the method on the back on the packet with only one rise
Add dough to tin and leave to rise for 1-1½ hours. Today it only took 50 mis to rise
Very pleased with the taste and look
will try with my normal flour that i use tomorrow just compare any difference between the 2

Wow fundj, that bread sure looks good. Might have to get some of their flour too.
-
Uni, 1 rise the bread looks fantastic.

i normally use flour that i steal from DS :-)) or just the no name stuff which i get good results with.
-
That does look really good. I must try a loaf cooked in the convection microwave. I just havnt got around to it as yet. Might even give it a try today.
-
Isi, also has a one rise loaf. Very good. Uni let us know how you go.
-
I must buy some of that flour too. I'd love another TMX.
-
Nothing wrong with that loaf with just 1 rise Uni - must look for that flour myself.

Looks great uni.
I entered in the Family Circle competition at Xmas to win a thermomix :-)). Obviously didn't win .....

Great looking bread Uni

I must have a look next time I get to a supermarket. Seems to be a few competitions to win a Thermomix lately.

Is that Coles breadmaking flour Uni or just ordinary plain flour?
-

Amazing for home brand flour, you used bread improver too?
-
I use baers flour, it works for me. Would be god to use cheaper flour and get the same results.
Well done Uni
H :)

yes i do use bread improver :-))
-
Do you happen to have that recipe Uni dear :-)) I have bought the lighthouse flour in the past, but didn't keep the packet, and don 't want to buy any more bread flour at the moment. Have heaps. ;D
-
nola i use the no fuss with bread improver
-
I'm sure the flour that Tenina gave us in our take-home bag at her last class was the Lighthouse pizza and bakers flour.
-
So you're using the No Fuss recipe but leaving it rise for 1 1/2 hours. Must try it. I really like the No Fuss taste.
-
the 1st one only took 50mins to rise nola but todays one was about 1 1/2 hours
