Life can be hard for those studying KAtie. They often have so much pressure put on them. It sounds as though you have the right approach.
We had our car on display yesterday up near the RAAF base at Pearce. It was a long, hot dusty day. It then took us 1 ½ hours to get back onto the highway with all the traffic. Our club didn't take a gazebo as they said they would supply one, however they didn't. Other car clubs were very generous and allowed us to pinch somje of their shade. The RAAF base put on a mini air show- one plane! It was breathtaking. I don't know how the pilot kept his breakfast down.
I took a heap of photos to share with my phone but I am having trouble sending them to the ipad. I will get DD on to it.

We have a new security man coming this morning!

I went to my first group session at a local gym this morning, have booked in for twice a week. I’d already had an assessment then a one on one with an instructor over the past 2 weeks to get used to the machines and routine.  I am loving it.

CC - My post comments exactly ... except that I actually enjoy going to the gym (much to my surprise).

Enjoy your gym sessions Judy.  Not for me although I would probably benefit from it :)

Well done Judy. I used to go to oldies gym, but after I had my back operation they didn't want me. So ;the tread mill it is.

We had a security man come yesterday and he says he has made everything ready for the NBN. I guess we will see when we are connected. All seemed to go well this time.

I cleaned the inside of my car. Carrying a dog in the back results in a load of white dog hairs being deposited everywhere. Not a good look on dark upholstery. They are really difficulty to remove. I resorted to using DH’s powerful vacuum cleaner he uses in his workshop.

Hope to get to the Home Show in the city today to get some more Woll cookware - when we got the induction cooktop I had to give my Wolls away as they were not suitable and I have been missing them - my friends to whom I gave them are overjoyed  :(

I have been sorting through my old recipe folders and throwing out anything I don't think I will make.

Marina we have been told May for the NBN.
This morning we went to a coffee morning for local members of the Vintage Car Club. there was only about 6 of us. Our club is the Model A club but we also go to this one-or at least DH does on Wednesdays as they run the shed. It was fun meeting new people and one Model A couple were there too. We have decided to continue this for the next 3 months or so and review it. We all take our old cars and ooh and ah a bit before coffee..

Cookie, just in case you didn't know, if your home phone is on a landline, you will have to change that too once you are on NBN.

Marina, when I went on the NBN I chose to have my landline through the NBN but this was not compulsory (I was with telstra before).  The only problem I have found is that if the NBN drops out then there is no landline.  It rarely happens and I just reset the modem if this happens.  Otherwise I just use my moblie if needed.

Thanks Marina. We were told this. Telstra assures me they have it all under control. I wonder why I haven't believed them?
