Made this again tonight. Did I mention how amazing it is?

I cut chilli back to 1/3 and both little people devoured it no problems - I might try and sneak it up meal by meal!

Used thighs again...delish

This was my choice for my first Thermomix meal cooked by myself (without my consultant).  It was a great choice!  It was easy and delicious.  I really impressed my husband!  I made the garlic rice from this forum  to go with it and kept it warm in the thermoserver while the chicken cooked. I threw a handful of roasted cashews on top of each serve.  Yum!  :)

Great choice annaussie, I've never met anyone who doesn't like this one.

Must make this today for dinner.
I think it will be a great dish for a really hot day.
Will let you know how it goes.

right that's it....I'm so making this tonight!!  We've had stinking hot weather all week here in Adelaide and I'm over salads n toasted sanwiches.  I'm on my own at the mo, hubby does FIFO.  I read someone made pies out of the leftovers, great idea!  Love reading the reviews : )

Thanks for the recipe  :D

Pies were delicious! Hubby heated one up for me this week and brought it to me at work.

We had this twice last week in all the heat.
It is so easy to prepare and cook and is good to eat.
I think it will become a regular dish especially when it is hot.

Finally made this and am now kicking myself for not making it earlier. It really is tasty and easy. As someone said earlier, it's a great summer curry. Next time I think I will steam some veggies to add to the sauce, whilst I cook the rice. If you are not sure if you should try this, don't hesitate, it's delicious.
