Last night we had lamb chops with potato bake but cooked in Thermomix it was good. Then I made Tenia’s Raw Chili citrus avocado salad with Raw chili sauce . The sauce made a huge amount, really nice and different. It made the salad look a bit ugly . Trying to get DS to have dressing on his salads he was not happy . When we are with DM she insists on dressing the salad , even I would prefer lemon juice or nothing , but for peace of mind I would love to have DD and DS change their minds .

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Just soup for Dinner as we had lunch out at the Fishing Club Restaurant. I had Salt and Pepper Calamari with salad, Ral had crispy Chicken. Both nice. We both looked longingly at the cakes but resisted.
Tonight we will have the Salmon.
K ATIE, love Curry mince. Am going to make some small crunchy crusted bread rolls and fill them with curry mince.  Cookies Vienna bread recipe will be perfect.
More SD crumpets today for Swap on Saturday.

Must have been my lecturer regarding eating what is put in front of you when at DM over summer ) omelette and green vegetables. The green vegetables are a treat that I bring home from Melbourne, David Jones they are cooked with lemon and yet to replicate. ( beans broccoli and leek ) leek and onion is another DS will not eat , he will tonight.

GS has eaten Spaghetti Bolognese. We're having Pork and Sweet Potato Chilli with steamed rice. Everything was taken out of the freezer and reheated.

CC, funny how most kids like Spag Bol.
The filled rolls have been a great success.  Today will fill with seafood in creamy sauce.
Dinner, roast Chook and broccoli from garden.  Steamed beetroot and carrot.

We are having Chicken Marsala from Skinnymixers Italian book. I haven't really enjoyed her other books that I have bought but this one is very nice. My brother's partner enjoys her recipes and often makes them.
