I have a DH who picks bones over so thoroughly there is nothing left for stock etc.
Mine was like that too Chookie, still is if I take a nice bone from a pork chop into him.
LOL. DH hates anything like that girls.

Actually the goodness for the stock comes from the bones. The Chinese chop the bones to release the goodness. However this makes the stock a bit brown.
CC , Ral also  doesn't like bones .
Ral has progressed to tinned spaghetti on toast and scrambled eggs.

Without a doubt. We could all come and cheer him on. Chookie thanks for the information on the bones, I will try using a DH attacked carcasse.

Didn't sleep well last night so up early and made a loaf of No Fuss Bread.

Yesterday a friend called in with 4kg apricots.  The packets were marked 1kg instead of 500g so the supermarket would not accept them.  I have stewed 2 packets and will give 3 packets to friends and then make jam with the rest.  I can't understand why the supermarket just didn't alter the weight on the label. :-))
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Mab, very strange. Nothing like fresh Apricot jam. Lucky you.
I am waiting for GC to come and pick apples to add to the jelly mix.
Have sent Ral shopping and he only spent $25. Think I must send him in future.
Have roasted veggies in AF to make a Frittata. Found a low fat recipe.

I think that is proof that the supermarkets are silly Mab. All to your advantage though.
Ral must be a rare male Chookie. Mine comes home with heaps of unnecessary stuff.  He has improved a lot since I was diagnosed with T2 though ads he's not sure if I can eat it. (I think that's a good excuse anyway)

Cookie, can't understand how the chocolate didn't jump into the basket!
Cookie, found a recipe that you might like. Low GI. Chicken breast stuffed with a mix of garlic, lemon flesh and parsley. Baked under foil but could be steamed in Varoma. Served with salad.
