Sorry guys, I am still trying to work all this out!
Thanks for your welcomes. It was actually the filling and I ended up making up my own recipe of chicken and asparagus mix it was really yummy!  :D

The filling I use is to first cook some  chopped chicken fillet, onion, capsicum & mushrooms.  I then add this to a cheese sauce.  Pour into the vol au vent cases (cooked).  Top with some grated cheese and then bake in a moderate oven till cheese is melted & sauce is heated through - approx 20 mins.  This makes a nice light lunch with a salad or small ones are great as finger food.
