Hello There!!
« on: March 26, 2012, 10:43:19 am »
Hi guys! So I've been sneaking around here for the last few weeks and finally thought I should introduce myself!

I've had my Thermomix for about a month now & am really loving it!! I've had a few disasters but they've all been my fault in not following the recipes!! lol

Looking forward to gaining some great advice & recipes from you all, see you around!!

Hi there Kaz and Co, does the and Co, also help with the cooking?. Making a few mistakes is all a learning curb, sometimes not following a recipe works really well.  Keep experimenting it's all part of the journey.

As for the &Co.......well DH hasn't been allowed to touch it yet!! lol....I'm still a bit precious about it!! hahaha

I have two kids 2 & 4 and they LOVE helping me put all the ingredients in & watching it evolve into something yum! They ask me every day what we're going to cook in "thermy" lol

Hopefully once I get more of a hang of recipes I can start experimenting more successfully! Tonight I made up a cauli, carrot, celery & bacon soup (I think I've only ever made soup once before!! lol) and it was YUMM!!! I was pretty chuffed with myself for inventing something that actually tasted nice!! We were supposed to have Pumpkin Soup tonight only for me to realise at 5pm that I had no pumpkin!! PMSL

Welcome KazandCo. I'm pleased that you are enjoying using the TMX so  much. They are truly wonderful machines.
