From time to time we have members asking if there are recipes on our forum for 1-2 people. I knew we had a few scattered around so I thought I'd start a linked list and I was surprised at how many I found. Plenty of recipes.

You're a star Judy :-* :-*
-
I just thought it might be a useful list CC, you know me, a bit of a list person LOL.
-
JD thank you!!! This thread /list is going to be so useful!!
-
Thanks for this Judy :)
-
Judy thank you. I would never even attempt this. Thanks lots.
-
This is a great list for me. Thank you!
-
OMG Judy , this is brilliant. Sally Wise thought this topic was so important that she has published a book called, The Small Kitchen. 141 everyday recipes for one or two. Looks like you are our own Sally.
-
Fantastic, Judy, and thank you to Chookie for the referral to Sally's book too. Very much appreciated. Big smiley face. :D
-
OK, the above list is now complete but if you know of any recipes I've missed please do let me know. Have not included soups, desserts, cakes or breakfast meals. When posting recipes please indicate how many it serves then moderators can add those with smaller serves to this list.
-
Thank you Judy :-*
-
Thanks JD - an extremely invaluable list :-*
-
We have something in common CP - we both like lists LOL
-
What a great list. Thankyou for all your hard work. Makes it so much easier for the rest of us.
-
Wow Judy, what a list. The day is getting closer when it will be very handy.
-
Thanks JD this is going to be so handy, I'm finding it hard to cook for just the 2 of us, at lest there are lots of meal in the freezer. lol.
-
Thanks Jen, I'm pleased to know the list is welcomed by one and all whose nest is becoming or has become empty.
-
A godsend Judy.... so very much appreciated !! Thanks again ...
-
Great work :)
-
It's always tricky to work out the number of servings.
A very useful list, thank you!
-
Awesome list. DH is away often so it's just me and the two little people, these quantities and recipes will be great!
-
Fantastic list. Thanks so much Judy.
-
Thanks JD this is a fantastic and very useful list.
It is my" go to" list when there are only two of us for dinner.
My favorite at the moment is the Pumpkin stuffed with Cod (although I use other fish)
Thanks again.
-
Thanks Judy. This will be very helpful. I have gotten in trouble recently for serving left overs. :-)) With jsut the two us there are always leftovers. :D
-
Two consecutive nights is alright DD, but after that it borders on repetitive unless you make it into something else :D
-
Somethings are not allowed to be served up as left overs CP. Stews and soups are ok, but bangers and mash or steak and veg are not. :P
I am now trying to think of meals I can turn the left overs into something else. Like bubble and squeak from roast veggies.
-
Such an awesome list!! I'm a newbie Thermomixer. 1 day old :D
Why did I wait so long? LOL
-
Thanks for gathering this list.
-
Great job Judy!!
-
Judy, Thanks so much for this list !
-
Thank you for doing all that work, you are too kind. That is an impressive list, and will be very useful for me.
-
Thanks LillyPilly, there's certainly a need for recipes for those without partners or families at home. I must use it more often for myself!
