It's hard to be patient but it won't come till its ready  :)

Has she seen the midwife or obstetrician since having her contractions ?

She went in last night to the hospital and was monitored, then they removed her cervical stitch as that has been a big cause of her pain as the cervix starts opening. Now we just wait and wait and wait.
She had the stitch because of 3 previous early births (2 of those babies did not survive) and the third (Jackson) was born 10 weeks early even with a stitch.
But this time she is getting pretty close to full term which is amazing :D
As she is classed as high risk she was having weekly scans after they put the stitch in at 12 weeks, then it was every two weeks, and stitch was coming out tomorrow (but done now)
We are all pretty nervous and excited for this little bub to arrive.

Hi Dede,
I hope it won't be too long now until your sister has her baby.
I can imagine everyone to be very excited :)

Thanks Desi, well one thing we do know is that it has to happen sooner or later. Later being better if it means not being in hospital to long. Any thing is better than the 5 months she spent in there before and after Jackson was born :)
