Its wonderful MF, we have a forecast of 31 today :D
I went for a run around the boardwalk at 7am and it was just beautiful. The sun was shining on the water, the whales were out in the channel and it was lovely and warm but not too hot :) Lots of lizards sunbaking on rocks too!

How is it in Perth? :)

Pretty much the same here Amy.  :)
The ocean is calm and picture perfect.
Should be seeing the whales out there soon as they will be migrating.
No dolphins this morning  :(
Did you enjoy your run?

Aren't we lucky to live here MF? :D
I love watching the whales, they are such beautiful creatures, and so gentle :) I don't think we get as many dolphins :-))
I enjoyed my run very much!! Today and Saturday were the first proper runs I've had in a few weeks, so it was very refreshing to finally get out and work my muscles and feel the ocean breeze in my hair ;D

We are very lucky to live here Amy  ;D

You have done well today. :)

I can't get myself into my normal routine at all since my month of travel.

Hopefully tomorrow I will start my usual exercise as you feel so much more energized afterwards.

Usually I walk the dogs for an hour on the beach or I have a circuit that takes me to a park where they can run around.

I power walk so it's decent exercise. I can't do the gym.

We have a small home gym here but I get so bored on a treadmill or bike I much prefer being outdoors in the fresh air  ;D

Dede I feel for your sister and her family and of course you. DD was a month early and was 4½ pound. Apart from a lot of jaundice she was fine and has grown up into a wonderful, intelligent person. (I'm only a little biased) :D

Uni how are you feeling in yourself today?
