I love Indian food and have cooked a few Indian vegetarian dishes in TMX.
It's good for making your own spice mixes too.

All sorts of bread can be prepared and no more pounding away at spices which can also be heated at the same time to release the flavour. Curries will be a breeze. Not only that sort of cooking but any cuisine is so adaptable .
