Title: Help and suggestions please..
Post by: Red Kell on July 28, 2011, 02:55:11 am
Hi everyone :)
I would like to try and make banana custard for my son. Would I just put the banana in after the sugar, before the milk and stuff? That seems like the best time... what do you lot think, you've all been doing this alot longer than me!!!1
Thanks :)

I make the custard then slice the banana through into individual portions, the banana is at room temp and seems to warm up with the custard.
Easy and no wasted banana

Pre thermomix I sliced the banana up and poured the custard over. I hadn't thought to make one since I've had the TMX.

Well, I made one! Just threw the banana in at the same time as the milk, with a tiny bit of vanillia. Worked good, the boy was impressed anyway  ;D ;D ;D ;D
