Turmeric lamb pie & potato gems in the airfryer and braised spring onions, lettuce & peas in the Thermomix.

We're having mock rice and vegetables, so mock fried rice. Never had it before so it should be interesting.

Looks good Judy.  :)

I made 2 meals today, prosciutto wrapped chicken involini (done in the sous vide - stuffed with baby spinach, semi dried toms and ricotta) with roasted tomato & green beans for me and a lentil lasagne for DH.  :)

Yes, your dinner looks amazing Julie!

Judy, did you make the pie? I have yet to try making one. Kids like pies so I will have to attempt it one of these days.

Jam, dinner sounds good.

I only reheated the pie girls, it was made in my pie maker with leftovers a while back.

Your chicken looks great Julie.

Your meal looks lovely Julie.

We had spaghetti and meatballs tonight.  I cooked the metballs in the easy cook to see if they would work like the air fryers.  It worked ok and they tasted nice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Lovely looking food Julie.

I had a dozen Coffin Bay oysters , a bottle of bubbles and a carton of Murray River Salted caramel ice cream with chocolate coated hazelnuts. Ted was in Sydney at a DIDHEDIE LUNCH. He arrived home  at midnight and I was asleep with the dog!

Sorry no pics! Lol!

I picked about 250 grams of blue swimmer crab meat yesterday (from 3 crabs) and am looking for ideas. May very well just end up as simple crab and avocado wrapped with a slice of crustless bread!
