SC turkey & pineapple from this months SFI (some great SC recipes in there this month with instructions also if you prefer to cook the recipe in a PC).  Steamed some vegies to go with it and it was really nice.

We had a roast chicken, roast potatoes, beans, tomato dish, stuffed pumpkin and gravy delivered tonight.  :)
