Sounds like you had a nice night out Judy.  Shame about the hard seat, I've been known to take a cushion with me sometimes  :)

Left overs here tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Inspired by Maddy's salad, I made tenina's Vietnamese salad dressing and tossed it though soba noodles and sliced salad vegies. Delicious. Really loved the dressing. Thanks for the inspiration Maddy.

Had a very yummy pizza last night... Cubed about a third of a butternut in sml pieces and roasted them, parcooked some cubed chicken breast, made jds garlic sauce but added about 100g roughly of parmesan in with the garlic.. Adding min triple the garlic in the recipe then cooked as normal... So garlic cheesecsauce first then chicken then squished the cubes of pumpkin a little and scattered thm on.. Oh slow fried a little sliced onion.. Sprinkle some of that then some green chillies no seeds bit finely chopped sprinkled on, capsicum finely chopped and a few sliced mushies and cubed feta.. A little cheese to garnish and serve with baby spinach and toasted pinenuts.. Was delish!
