Dinner tonight - slow cooked lamb chops in gravy with mashed potato and steamed veg.

corned meat fritters, quiche as I have so many eggs.. ;)

Cous cous with parsley chilli & lemon
Basmatti rice as cp wont eat cous cous
Spiced asparagus
Steamed carrots
Zaatar bread
& lemon tarts

I put the Curry Apple Beef Braise from the forum in the oven for mum and SD before I went to work :)

I had vegetables, fruit and yoghurt when I got home :-)) ;D

Made Lasagna last night, the family was very happy as they love Lasagna, we just dont have it very often :D
