Title: Mariel Hemingway's new cookery book (GF)

I've just downloaded Mariel Hemingway's audiobook "Healthy Living from the Inside Out" and it's really interesting. I'm thinking of buying the cookery book "Mariel's Kitchen", which has had good reviews on Amazon. It's full of healthy, easy recipes, all of which are GF (baking with coconut flour, etc).

Has anyone already bought the book and can tell me what they think of it? Thanks!
