I made this again tonight (HOORAY ;D)

I only had 400g turkey, but forgot to halve the liquids! So left the MC off for a while to thicken. Also added a good shot of garlic (to scare away this flu) and some ground turmeric and cumin. Served over a halved baked potato with some little cabbages :D

Absolutely delicious. Thanks again farfallina!!! :-*

I made this tonight using chicken instead of turkey, it was SOOOOO yummy!!!! :D There were supposed to be leftovers, but the last helping just fell onto my plate so I had to eat it :-))

How many times can I thank you for such a delicious recipe farfallina? :D

How come your sauce is a different colour from your last picture Amy?

I was just looking at that myself Judy... how strange. Is turkey a darker meat than chicken? ???

The breast wouldn't be much different, did you use mushrooms with the turkey and not with the chicken perhaps?

Hmm, no, there were definitely mushrooms in both. Maybe I used portobello mushrooms in the turkey one? They're a bit darker  ???

How perplexing, I think we need Sherlock Holmes.... :-))

In my opinion it should be the spices that you added last time Amy. You said that you added turmeric and cumin, am i right?

Am I Sherlock Holmes now or what? :D :D
