I marinated chicken pieces in spicy plum sauce, and placed on top of zucchini, red onion, capsicum, garlic, oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper



Baked for 50 minutes, and served with Bron's garlic rice....too simple.



Oh....and washed down with 2 glasses of dolcetto  ;)

Baked potatoes.  Bacon/pineapple/cheese, and coleslaw/sour cream & cheese.

They look great maddy - I love baked potatoes and cannot understand why some people leave that beautiful, crisp skin on their plates  ??? ???

tonight is my first night with the TM !!
we will be having steak
 TM hollandase sauce , tm mash , steamed asparagus and corn  and a salad

I HAVE SOMETHING BAKING ...........................BUT IT WONT BE READY TILL FEB 2012 ;)

Last night we had a curried vegetable curry from Jamie's 30 minute meals, rice and roti from this site.

TM Roast Beef with vegetables and gravy. So yummy and very highly recommended!
