Good morning everyone, expecting the dogs and grandies within the hour for the day.  The dogs will be staying and the children picked up later for a trip away.

Morning all.
Cold and wet today.
We had a Medlar tree atCherokee and I made jelly from the fruit. You are supposed to let the fruit rot before you use it. I helped it along by mashing it in the TMX. As it is similar to apple it made a lovely jelly. Not too sweet. And yes it does have a lovely cream flower.
Haven't hung most of our paintings/ picture and photos yet so might be a good day to sort them out.
Judy, have a good day with the GC and dogs. Sounds like fun.

It's DH's birthday today. We had visitors this morning and this afternoon he has taken the black Model A that he has restored,  down to be sort of checked over. I followed him down and am now waiting for him as the car has to stay. Once t has been here it will have to go elsewhere for the final licensing as this guy is the person who imported it from America, so he isn't allowed to do the final check.
DH is a little bit fed up with it and now wants to sell it. I will try to persuade him to sit on that thought for a few months. Then the feelings of the restoration may have passed!
