Tuna patties with lots of veg in them, home made chips and brussel sprouts in a light curry sauce.  Kids would never eat them unless they had sauce on them :)

fish and chips in the AF and because it is freezing I have just put in a veggie soup with a few red lentils to cook. Thank goodness for the thermomix.

Home made meat pie from the freezer for DH and DS.  Spinach and ricotta cannelloni for me.  I'm back to eating more vegetarian type dishes.
