I did 2 Tablespoons, but it was too salty for my husband.  Will try 2t next time.  Was so easy, great recipe!

Edited to add- I just had leftovers for lunch, and it wasn't as salty today as it was last night  ???

Thanks for all the suggestions :)  I made choc banana custard with my demonstrator when she dropped it off.  Then I chose Ralo's failsafe chicken risotto as I had all the ingredients.  It went pretty well, and was so easy!

Hmmm, Butter Chicken tomorrow night, methinks....

I chose this as my first solo Thermomix recipe, and it was yummy!  I added too much salt, but it was still great :)

Hi everyone
My TM is getting delivered tomorrow!  I only ordered last Thursday, so I am pretty happy with the turn around :).  Now, my question is, experienced users...what should I make first?  Is there any fabulous recipes in the cookbook I should try as a priority?  I really want the first things I make to be super yummy so my husband agrees it was an excellent purchase :D.

Oh, me too!  I need mayonnaise and butter, but I keep telling my husband that I don't want to buy them, I want to make them!!   ;D

I think I am going to call my demonstrator and get an update on delivery date...

Hi everyone!

I am Caroline from Perth, and I am impatiently waiting the delivery of my Thermomix!  I ordered last Thursday, so should be here Monday or Tuesday.  I have been researching the TM online for a couple of months, and went to my first demo on Tuesday night.  I have been browsing the recipes on here in anticipation of its arrival!
I am mostly looking forward to making more stuff from scratch, for taste and health benefits, but am also excited about the time the TM should save me in the kitchen too....

Look forward to getting to know you all :)
