Title: Tomato and Red Pepper Soup (UK Demo)

Does anybody have the recipe for the tomato and pepper soup made in the UK demo.  It's not in the Quick and Easy cookbook.

At recent demo of this, we  added some lime juice and no 5 spice paste - worked well
