Our DD has 8 of her University friends here tonight so I made Nagi's crack bread.

I love his books too! McMich, there is a new book called Falafel for Breakfast by the guy who owns Kepos St Kitchen in Waterloo, Sydney. Check it out at the library (since I know you are trying to declutter). Very similar to Yotem's style of cooking - and delicious!
