Hi Maddy!

How is your candle business going? I think of all your lovely recipes and gorgeous pics quite often when I am perusing the forum.

Gert, what a fabulous detailed report on Cairns and its surroundings. I know that when I do go to Cairns (sometime in the future hopefully!) I will be guided by your insights.

I cooked Chookie's mango fluff and Julio's Hellenic Salad as part of a dinner  party repertoire- both were extremely well received. Thanks for 2 delicious recipes.

Cookie, I have liked your page and look forward to reading it. It would also be a good idea to put the link at the bottom of your posts (in your profile... instead of the saying or quote).

Our DD has 8 of her University friends here tonight so I made Nagi's crack bread.

Unbelievably easy and disappeared in two seconds. Definitely worth making for crowds.

This is a great recipe Bedlam. I have been making this for a long time. Perfect for picnics as well since it tastes just as good cold.

I love his books too! McMich, there is a new book called Falafel for Breakfast by the guy who owns Kepos St Kitchen in Waterloo, Sydney. Check it out at the library (since I know you are trying to declutter). Very similar to Yotem's style of cooking - and delicious!

I have a few "doubles" as well...books, food items you name it. It is interesting isn't it. We are attracted to certain things but cannot remember if we bought it or not!
