I'm really happy today as Miss18mths has been in pants for a few weeks, but yesterday and today we have had NO accidents!!   - Yay!!

She is doing very well considering the chilly weather. So much easier once they are water tight.

I'm still on a major happy high from breaking that record in my workout this morning And I still can't believe I did it

Very proud of you Amy. I'm sure (although I may be biased) that you have broken male records too.
You didn't just do well as a girl, you did well as a gym memeber.

Thanks DFM My trainer said he only has five other clients who could do what I did, and they are all blokes
So you're not biased at all

I keep remembering his face when he saw how many calories I was burning Such a good feeling!!!

It sounds as if you really push yourself Amy, doesn't that leave you exhausted at the end of your session?

It certainly does Judy, but thats what I want I do have a very quick recovery time though, so I can do a really hard workout on one machine and then have my heart rate back to normal within 5 minutes. I think today was probably my biggest session yet because it took a bit longer to get my heart rate down after that hour on the x-trainer. I think I had about a 10 minute rest before I moved onto my weights. And then I did another 30 minutes of cardio just to get my heart rate up again.

We went for a walk down to the beach.
Watched the waves crash against the rocks and saw the sun slowly setting behind the thick grey clouds.
Miss 9 said "thanks mum for making me come for a walk with you.  I am really enjoying our time together"
This has been one of the best afternoons I have had.
