Amy you would be proud- I had porridge and half an apple and a long black coffee!!! I did it! I ate a healthy breakfast :)
I nearly ate some apple pie, but didn't want DD to see me eating dessert for breakfast!

I'm not sure Amy...that Apple Pie was hard to resist. You could add the Vita Brits crumbs to a smoothie to make them more interesting!

I didn't even think of putting those crumbs into a smoothie! That would have been much yummier :P

They sure do Kimmy :D I had to tip them out of the Vitabrits container and into a different container because there were so many that the Vitabrits wouldn't fit LOL :-))
