Homemade sourdough roll, smoked salmon, hardboiled quail eggs, duck bacon and a splodge of toum.  2013 here we come!

Will post the recipe. It comes in a powder form from health food shops. Has lots of antioxidants.

Wholemeal maple craison breakfast scones. Think I am addicted to these.

Oh great, thanks Kimmy...think Ill need to head to the health food shop for a few of those ingredients but I think it might be worth it :)

On long work days (10 hrs) like this week I have 1/3 cup rough porridge oats, 1 cup milk, 5 prunes, and a grated apple.

Normal mornings 1.5 weetabix, hot milk and 5 prunes.
