Was wondering what to feed hungry fisherman after a morning out? Astarra's filled sausages, poached eggs and eggy bread.
The Kiwis were very impressed - reminded them of the sausages from the take aways in NZ only better they said.
The plating up isn't very pretty but it was all I could do to get a photo.

What a great breakfast for hungry fisherman Michele - you would have won a few brownie points there  ;)

Thanks Kim. It is a blokey sort of a breakfast. Just as well because there weren't many fish.  :-))

Funny that Michele, men go fishing but they never seem to bring many fish back with them  ;D
