Name of Recipe:  Picada de ajo y perejil (Garlic and parsley picada)

Serves:  Makes 30g

Ingredients: 
3 cloves garlic
A handful of clean, dry parsley leaves

Preparation: 
Put everything in the  *: 5 seconds / Speed 5
Once the two ingredients are mixed, pour them into a container, cover with oil to preserve them and use in stews, sofritos etc.

Tips/Hints:  You can use this picada in many things, amongst which is a vinaigrette for salads by adding extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a little soya sauce.

Origin:  This is a translation of a recipe in Thermomix TM31 – Imprescindible para tu cocina which is the book supplied with Spanish TMXs.
